As required by PAGCOR and Philippine AML regulations, pg33 conducts identity verification for all accounts. You will be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, or UMID) before withdrawals are processed and at such other times as required by law or pg33's compliance obligations.

Deposits credited to your pg33 wallet are generally processed within sixty (60) seconds for GCash and PayMaya transactions. An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. pg33 may apply an inactivity fee of up to ₱100 per month to dormant accounts, after providing advance notice to the registered mobile number. You may reactivate a dormant account at any time by contacting pg33's support team and completing a re-verification process.
All slot games and random-outcome games offered on pg33 use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited and approved under PAGCOR's technical standards. Return-to-player (RTP) rates for slot games are published within each game's information panel. pg33 does not manipulate game outcomes.
Live dealer games (including baccarat, blackjack, roulette, and game shows) are conducted in real time by human dealers in certified studios. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or other error that affects a game in progress, pg33 reserves the right to void any bets placed during the affected period. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pg33's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pg33 account during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance (net of any forfeited bonuses and pending investigations) will be returned to the player via their last verified payment method. Pending AML reviews may delay the return of funds.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through pg33's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, players are required to submit a formal complaint to pg33's support team and allow pg33 up to thirty (30) calendar days to respond and attempt resolution. If the matter is not resolved to your satisfaction and falls within PAGCOR's jurisdiction, you may escalate the complaint to PAGCOR.
pg33 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be communicated to registered players via an SMS notification to your registered Philippine mobile number and/or a notice displayed upon your next login. Material changes will be notified at least fourteen (14) calendar days before taking effect, unless the change is required by law or PAGCOR regulation, in which case it may take effect immediately.
Your continued use of the pg33 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your account before the amendment takes effect.
